0x80040217 The server response was not available

Hi all,

I am trying to send the results from a scheduled NCM job to an email address. The SMTP server settings and authentication is right, firewall is shut down and the recipient is from the same domain as the smtp server, still I get this error:

Unable to send notification email to '<email@email.com>' : The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x80040217. The server response was not available.

How to solve this problem?
