Fix for web caching when using IE 10/11

There is a known issue : Web Performance Monitor and IE 10 / 11 with IE 10/11 and web caching.  In the linked post, someone created a powershell script to clear out the web cache in order to avoid using up all drive space.  This is a problem as many clients want to or are already using IE 10/11.  We would like to see something built in to prevent this from happening.
