NPM Monitoring Network flapping

Hello and good day

I was trying to figure out a way for NPM to detect and report on the following occurrence we are seeing from NPM to the monitored node

By doing a simple ping from NPM to the node you can see ( attached) there is dropped packets but when I check NPM i dont see this activity?

Is this because of the polling time we have setup?
