It would be nice to be able to completely customise the Client E-Mail Layout (under Setup > Email > Options > Client E-Mail Layout) to what you want it to look like. It is very strange that this couldn't be done as most other helpdesk packages offer this as standard! You can't even customise the colour or style of the template so you could never bring this system in line with your companies style guide!
