So now with the new RC you cannot edit the canned alerts to customize. This is a bit inconvenient. I shouldn't have to copy the alert in order to add a new action to it, or customize it to fit our environment. This removes functionality from current and previous releases just for the sake of moving the alert management to the web? The ability to edit needs to be allowed. It seems like we're now being limited in the customization allowed in the product.
