We work in an educational environment and currently only our staff have access to and use the WebHelpDesk facility. They and we often raise tickets about third parties, in particular the students, where at no time is it necessary for use to correspond with the student, but it would be useful to see an asset style list of related tickets. Could we have a dynamical updated link to Active Directory so that all users in our system can be tagged as assets on tickets, it would be particularly useful if t hey could tag them for password resets from a list rather than giving partial or inaccurate information about the the user or their user name, misspellings or incomplete information are common when we are using simple text box custom fields to collect the information.
