Cannot login and password reset does not work

I forgot my login password. I tried to reset password but never gets the email.

I fear my emailaddress in my account is my old not existing anymore address, The reset by emailaddress says that my address is not in database.

Creating a new account with my accountname netcrocodile does not work due already existing name.

So what can I do to get my account back?
