Interfaces and sub-interfaces grouped together and ordered by numerical value

We'd like to see sub-interfaces listed directly below the physical interfaces.

We'd also like to see interfaces ordered by true numeric value.  For instance 1,2,3,...,9,10,11 etc.  Instead of the current 1,10,11,...,2,20,21
